2026–2027 Back-to-School Information
We are excited to welcome students and families back for the 2026–2027 school year!
Please review the important information below to help ensure a successful start to the school year.
Online Registration – Now Open: Families are encouraged to complete registration online through Skyward. Student schedules will be available beginning August 7.
A corrected QR code is attached for payment of registration fees, parking passes, athletic sports passes, and extracurricular activity drug testing fees. Please use the new code sent to parents via email on July 21.
In-Person Registration: Families needing assistance may register at HHS on Wednesday, July 22: Noon – 7:00 PM & Thursday, July 23: 8:00 AM – Noon. Returning students may complete registration online. New student enrollments should attend one of the in-person registration sessions.
Back-to-School Night: Monday, August 10 | 3:30–7:00 PM
First Day of School: Wednesday, August 12
NEW Student Policies for the 2026-2027 School Year:
EACS Attendance Policy: Research shows that students who attend school 94% of the time or more are more likely to achieve positive academic outcomes. Student will be excused up to five days with a parent notification. After five days students will require a doctors note for non-academic absences.
Indiana "Bell-to-Bell" Cell Phone Law: Beginning this school year, students who bring personal electronic devices to school will be required to store them in their lockers during the instructional day in accordance with Indiana law.
