Outstanding Precision Machining

Noah Smallwood is a 2nd year Precision Machining student at the East Allen Career Center. Noah has gone above and beyond in class and lab work. In the Spring he interviewed with LH Carbide and was selected for their summer internship program. Noah learned a lot and performed in an outstanding manner at his summer internship at LH Carbide. Noah has been so successful that he has been invited back to work over Christmas break. We congratulate Noah for his success and wish him all the best as he begins his career.

Mr. Barry Lee (in photo with Noah) is representing LH Carbide. LH Carbide has been an excellent partner for our Precision Machining program. In addition to hiring and mentoring Noah, they have hired other graduates from the EA Career Center program. They serve faithfully on our advisory board and are always willing to help the program through guest speakers, field trips or donations. Thank you Mr. Lee and LH Carbide for partnering with the East Allen Career Center!

Mr. Tim Wiegand is Executive Director of the Career Center.
