The Indiana High School Coaches Association annually recognize high school student athletes that have excelled in the classroom, in addition to their performance in a fall sport.
The criteria to be an Academic All-State student athlete are:
• Must be a junior or senior
• Must be listed on the team's sectional roster
• Must have at least a 3.5 gpa or higher on a 4.0 scale
