Thinking Errors: A Study in Cognitive Renewal
A Quick Overview
The
purpose of this class has its theme based upon its title. This class
deals with social, mental, and physical issues that underlie an
individual's behavior and life-effecting choices. Thinking Errors
challenges an individual to analyze, understand, and take ownership of
their academic, social, and emotional behaviors. The individual will
take from the class as much as he or she puts into the class. Studies
have proven that there is a direct correlation between effort and
success in areas of academics and relationships, and the "real world".
Students will be engaged with a variety of hands-on activities,
journaling, role playing, intensive discussions, and multiple guest
speakers.
