StinsonMr. David Stinson says he is thrilled to take on the challenges of an
Assistant Principal at New High School this year. This will be his second year at New Haven High School (Dean of Students last year) and his 17th year in public education. After ten amazing years as a Social Studies teacher he had the opportunity to move into to an administrative position at another district. Since that time, he has been privileged to serve as an Assistant Principal and as a building level administrator. Mr. Stinson said, " While I miss teaching my favorite Social Studies classes every day, I'm excited to work with a larger number of students as a high school assistant principal as we prepare our next generation of citizens for success in life. My greatest sense of accomplishment comes from seeing a student walk across the stage to receive their high school diploma and know we've helped them accomplish this goal".
Prior to his teaching career, he worked as a corporate trainer for a multi-national restaurant chain. Originally from Minnesota, he's now a Hoosier and proud to be a New Haven Bulldog!

HouserMr. Chad Houser, Principal, New Haven Middle School is beginning his 17th year in education, all with EACS!  Mr. Houser has worked in every EACS attendance area.  He has also served as an EACS teacher,

"My love for education started at an early age.  I was fortunate to have some outstanding teachers that fostered my passion for learning.  I love being an educator as it provides me an awesome responsibility and opportunity to impact young people.  I embrace the challenge with great enthusiasm.  It drives my desire to help students be the best individual they can be".

Mr. Houser says, "It is my belief that all children can excel!  The key is to take learning to their level and building from that point forward. The challenge is making learning meaningful by forming relationships along with making a connection to their lives and experiences.  My job is to obtain the resources necessary to meet the needs of widely diverse students to be successful in a rapidly changing future.  I am honored to have the opportunity to work with parents, students, teachers, staff and the New Haven community to give our children the exemplary education necessary for success.

SnodgrassMr. Steve Snodgrass, Assistant Principal, New Haven Middle School has had the privilege of participating in many different opportunities experiences in his life.  His high school experience in Western PA was marked by becoming an Eagle Scout and playing Football. After graduating, he attended Maine Maritime Academy before attending Taylor University to pursue a degree in education. The highlight of his Taylor experience was meeting his wife, Lori. After college, he worked for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and worked at three different school corporations before arriving to EACS. In 2007, he taught Social Studies and PE. at Heritage Jr. Sr. High School. In 2014, he became Administrative Assistant at Southwick Elementary.

"My desire to work in education arose from three main factors. My own high school experience was made significant by the relationship that I had with an influential high school football coach. Secondly, I have always enjoyed working and interacting with children due to the general joy they bring to life. Finally, I view the field of education as an opportunity to leave a positive impact in life.
Lori and I live in New Haven with our daughters, Rebekah and Abigail. During our free time we enjoy family time at the lake and anything related to football.
