In the Technology Department, we constantly seek ways to improve your experience working with our products and services. Occasionally, we perform necessary upgrades on our systems to facilitate growth for the upcoming months or to make changes necessary to release new product features. This summer the Technology department will be upgrading our web portal software, this will affect the way that users log in to upload documents for the classroom connection, access server files via the Internet, and access of other EACS resources available through the current web portal.  You may start checking out this resource at https://portal.eacs.k12.in.us.  The plan for going live is Monday, July 20, 2009.  At this time all files from the 2008 – 2009 school year will be removed from the Classroom Connection.

The major change is that your Portal username and password WILL be the same as your Novell username and password.

We have created a few online tutorials that can be accessed clicking here or by going to the Online Training  - Stoneware tab  on the Technology webpage.

We will also be synchronizing GroupWise passwords at this time; this means that your Novell Login, GroupWise, and Web Portal password will ALL be the same.
