OPEN ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Meeting Information

Open Enrollment will be held from November 20, 2017 through December 8, 2017. All eligible employees (those working 6 or more hours per day) will be expected to log into Employee Access to participate in or waive the medical plan.

 Monday, November 20, 2017  - Administration Building
 4:00 - 5:00 pm
 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Wednesday, December 6, 2017 - Administration Building
 4:00 - 5:00 pm
 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Effective August 2011, East Allen County Schools' has a spousal carve out plan

To protect our employee privacy, East Allen County Schools' will not release any personnel/benefit information to anyone other than the employee.  If an employee is incapacitated for any reason, East Allen County Schools' will provide limited information on the employee’s behalf to their spouse or immediate family member.
