PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER EACH STUDENT AT HIS/HER ASSIGNED SCHOOL ON EITHER DATE!

Proof of Residency is required (for new students) at the time of registration.
(Example: utility bill, lease agreement, etc…)
