Heritage High School's student council held their annual food drive December 3rd through December 14th. Students were asked to donate non-perishable food items, paper products, and toiletry items. Monetary donations were collected during sporting events and all money collected was graciously matched by the David Woodman Foundation. Over 2,800 items were donated and, with the dollar matching, $1200 was raised. The money was used to purchase additional items to be donated. The recipients of the drive this year were St. Mark's Monroeville Food Bank, St Mary's Ave Maria House, and the Franciscan Center.
Way to Go Heritage High!
