EACS Board of School Trustees Present High School Diploma to United States Army Veteran
At a recent board meeting, the Board of School Trustees along with the Indiana Department of Education recognized, honored and presented Mr. Marion Rothgeb with his high school diploma. Mr. Rothgeb left Hoagland High in 1953 to join the United States Army and was unable to graduate. He served our country for 13 months in Korea during that time period. After leaving the U.S. Army, Mr. Rothgeb worked at a local Fort Wayne company for over 40 years; “EACS is proud and certainly honored to recognize Mr. Rothgeb for his commitment to life long learning and military service to the United States of America” said Dr. Karyle Green, Superintendent.
